"The unit itself is fine. There are an insane amount of hidden fees. They randomly decided to double the cost of my unit with no reason for it. They charged me with their insurance when I had insurance and showed it to them. They are not up front about anything and I wouldn't work with them again."

"Briana was AMAZING from the first day I walked in. Briana was always so friendly, kind and helpful!! I was going to check out a few other places but I felt like Briana took the time and care to get to know me and help me when needed. I would highly recommend Prime Storage because it’s clean and secure and my monthly rate stayed the same - many other places will increase the monthly rate after a few months. More importantly I would recommend Prime Storage because of knowing Briana and her friendliness and care. As a matter of fact my 24 yr old daughter is now also renting from Prime Storage and the first thing I did was make sure she met Briana!! 5 STARS!! :)"
