"the loudest apartment i've ever experienced. a new build, but you wouldn't know it as you hear your upstairs neighbors constantly and hear conversations next door as if there's nothing more than 2 panels of sheetrock separating you. the units look nice on the site, but don't be deceived, you'll hate it."

"In a city where every apartment built in the last 10 years was done as cheaply and quickly as possible; this building stands out as uniquely terrible. If you're not on a top floor apartment you will be woken every day by neighbor's footsteps. You will hear adjacent neighbor's TV's, conversations, cabinets closing, music taste, and dog's barking. Maintenance practices the same "as-cheap-and-quick-as-possible" mantra this building was built with to address issues. That is, when they actually show up after multiple follow up calls. Garage is not secure, my car has already been messed with within 2 months of living here. I will be installing my own security cameras in the garage because this place could't care less about security. Let's hope I can get to May without experiencing major property damage. Half the doors don't work in this building. The front door hasn't worked in a half month. The garage door is going on multiple months. The door into the lobby from the garage: also broke. Biggest mistake of my life was not moving out of this property when given the chance 2 weeks after moving in. I have 20 weeks and 1 day left to pay an absurd amount for the privilege of living here. At least you reading this right now won't have to make the same mistake."
