"My daughter has lived here for 2 years now. Yesterday we had a family emergency and my other daughter drove in from out of town, she parked her car and rode with her sister to the hospital so they could say goodbye to their grandpa. We were at the hospital for about 9 hours. Upon returning her car had been towed. Couldn't you at least give people 24 hours notice before doing this? The last thing on their mind was paying your stupid 2$ and adding her car. She wasn't even there 12 his. And 400$ to get it back. Not at all what we needed to deal with this morning. So watch out for your guests if you don't register the car and give them 2$ you'll be missing your car in a few hours. Update for tenants: my daughters fiance had his car towed last night as well. And he lives there and is i on the lease and has been for 2 years. So apparently it doesn't matter who you are your car could be towed."

"It’s unfortunate, I’ve called this place home for 4 years and was soon to be 5. If you like your vehicle to be towed this is the place for you. Having permitted parking is a good thing but the moment you might forget to pay because of what ever reason, like changing card numbers. You can rest assure your vehicle won’t be there for you in the morning. Two weeks ago mine was taken, lost my job and paid $350 to get it out. Okay fine, I forgot to pay the $6. Today wake up and my second vehicle is now towed out of the car port we pay for. Reason, because we don’t have a parking permit, we didn’t update our license plates when we got new ones. I’ve been towed here a total of 4 times and today was the final straw. We won’t continue living here. Things are harder than they need to be and waking up in a snow storm to find my vehicle gone was a delight. If they cared as much about parking as they do with, I don’t know cleaning the stairwell,Over flowing trash etc. Either way the place we called home isn’t a home. Prices increase year over year and things steadily get worse."

"I was shown brand new apartments and the one I was giving was broken dusty dirty and had nothing but problems to fix .I definitely was in a rush to move due to a safety concern for my family. At my old apartment, they did help me out with that, but I did definitely think they were going to help me .... I didn't thing I was going to move to one trash bag apartment to another eveything I asked nothing was fixed I had two broken shower valves and all they did was Turn down the hotwater now all I have is warme water runs out fast for my kids I was told n Warren not to move into these apartments. But I gave them a chance anyways. There are some trying management, but maintenance is not okay at all They do the bare minimum, or they do nothing and put a bandaid on it Ask them to fix 2 leaking broken toilets. And all they did was change one. That they had broken themselves And just grabbed an old tank from a previous unit instead of replacing the toilet They didn't even fix the problem"

"Once again my work order has been “completed” but no one has showed up… I placed 3 work orders in November for a light fixture, our refrigerator, and dryer… all to which have not been fixed but the maintenance in the app says they are completed. This is the second time something like this has happened. Our fridge is leaking so bad that we have to put a bowl in the back of it to stop all of our food from getting wet… please help us…"
