"This place has gone downhill since Amber left. The new manager doesn't care about the residents. She is NEVER here, additionally the culture of the building has gone down hill. We used to have meet ups at the brewery next door, viewhouse and other events where we can meet and mingle with other residents. It really made for a great environment in the building. Current manager does not care or prioritize this. Long term residents are moving out due to this. People that have lived in the building for 5+ years. Amenities have never been great but it was the culture and customer service that made Solera stand out. Now that those things don't exist its not worth the money. I can get a significantly better apartment with better amenities down the street."
"Moved in at the end of April 2023 We have been here for seven-plus months and selecting this building was the right choice for us. We toured numerous buildings and although there is no perfect apartment building, this has been ideal. We feel safe, and appreciated, and have experienced capable, friendly, and competent staff. The place is clean, the maintenance staff efficient, security people friendly, and the staff work diligently to communicate with residents. They often have planned and impromptu social events and currently, created a holiday wrapping area for residents with paper, labels, bows, and even cookies! Animal friendly and like most places, the people (and animals) make living at Solera feel like home."
"Everything that Solera promises, they follow through on and more. I have never lived in such a friendly, clean, and well-located apartment until now! Michelle with the front office is exceptionally kind and always seems to be one step ahead if you have a question. Maintenance is kind, thorough, and speedy - any request I’ve made has been resolved within a day. Everyone in the building seems to know one another and are always willing to have a chat. It’s truly the friendliest community I’ve ever experienced. I cannot say enough good things about living in this building!"
"If location, community, first-rate maintenance and top notch management are high priorities for you, then Solera is where you need to be. Walkable distance to dining, entertainment and sports arenas make this the perfect location. It's the friendliest group of residents I've ever met--everyone was welcoming me to the building my first week here & I've made REAL friends in this community. The onsite maintenance staff is amazing! They take great pride in keeping the building CLEAN and in working order on a daily basis. Response time to maintenance requests is usually within a day! The office door is always open and response time is quick with any issues that come up. They're always trying to host events that the residents will appreciate. Aside from all of this, there are many great floorplans to choose from and at very competitive prices for the area. Downtown living at it's best!"
"(New resident as of 11/2017; Previously a Denver resident of another downtown apartment complex); 1 BR/1BA (Crestone Layout) My wife and I first found Solera through our search to switch apartments to lower our monthly rent. We were hesitant to find a better apartment complex because our previous place offered 24/7 concierge service, 24/7 valet parking (with no tip) and that was close to downtown. After touring Solera and speaking with Paige, Amber, and Matt, my wife and I were excited that we had found an apartment that had better service for a better price. The hours that Paige and Amber were working (normal business hours) had a higher quality and better service level than 24/7 concierge service (quality over quantity....talking/interfacing with a staff that genuinely cares is more important than having someone "present" 24/7) The professionalism, friendliness, timeliness of service of ALL staff (Paige, Amber, Matt, and Fabrice) whether it is administrative or maintenance related is unparalleled. After living here for about a couple of months, we are always kept informed of announcements and events. The building itself is always kept clean, provides INDOOR/COVERED parking for a very affordable price, a LEED certified that keeps your utilities low, and of course is in a great location. The only reason that my wife and I would move out is to buy a house. No other apartment and staff compares in the 4 states (PA, OK, HI, CO) and 10+ apartments I have lived in."
