"Not surprised to see alot of people that were or are currently unhappy renting here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wouldnt suggest renting from ANY cornerstone complex. I recorded a conversation with one of the “managers” and he just flat out told me it wasnt their problem to deal with certain things. Doors broken, fob system never working, elevators down, garage door broken and open to anyone who wanted to get in. They do not care about their residents at all. Lease at your own risk."

"Just got out of it. The location is great, however the administration needs improvement. For whoever is considering getting inside this building, don't use rhino insurance. They say is an easy way to pay for the security deposit, but it is only a way to facilitate the landlord or Cornerstone to get money in case something goes wrong. In other words, you just pay for their fixes twice. They are going to charge you anyways after the lease... The maintenance team doesn't help much either (asking someone to fix your stuff only to have someone complaining and making things worse, is great). Called once just to hear one guy complaining the whole time saying he was going to charge me if I called him again. If that wasn't enough, he brought someone who put his weight on the kitchen door just to break the lever, which I had to pay for it."

"I'm glad to have chosen Tennyson Place as my home during my first year in Denver. I enjoyed all the perks of great location, amenities that other reviewers have mentioned. What makes this place even more outstanding is the excellent management and maintenance team. Very rarely do I have an issue with my place and the maintenance team always fixed it very quickly. I moved here from out of state without touring the place first and Arlette was super accommodating to the changes in my schedule and made the move-in seamless. When I needed to move out due to personal reason and had to find sublease, Bari was so great and patient at handling the lease transfer. This is the place where the management team would do everything to make you feel at home and not out to get you for every single charge like you might find at other apartment buildings. Definitely highly recommended!!!"

"It’s amazing what a difference where you live can make. I recently moved to Tennyson Place right downtown in the beautiful Berkeley area of Denver. I absolutely love it here. I am in one of the corner units with the most amazing views of the little neighborhood downtown area with shops and restaurants, and I see the majestic mountains to the west. Love the sunsets! My pup Luna and I walk downtown early each morn, grab coffee and say hi to everyone in the neighborhood. I work from home with this beautiful view from my window or I head downstairs to our cozy lounge to work amongst my neighbors. Then I meet friends out for drinks and/or dinner, only steps away from home. So nice. Tennyson Place offers great amenities (love the workout room and rooftop patio), the staff here are so responsive, a beautiful apartment with higher end finishes, and a great location that is busy day and eve, but also quiets down after 10pm-ish which is wonderful. It feels like home here at Tennyson Place. I simply love it!!!"
