"Jeremy Shives the maintenance man is wonderful! He is quick and thorough. We had an issue with our faucet that Jeremy was able to fix in 5 minutes. He has very good attention to detail when it comes to fixing things. He is the best!"
"The one star is for a majority of the maintenance team(they deserve a 4 or 5). My husband and I lived here for over 2 years and it was not worth what we paid! Trash area was often broken and so full that trash was piled up around it. My disabled husband fell on the ice at least 3 times because it was not cleared. Our apartment flooded when the hot water heater broken in the middle of the night. We had bare concrete for 4 months!! Furniture was ruined and it was complete chaos with no communication. A few months later, my husband's truck was towed because his handicap plaque was expired. The tow company the facility contracts to tow residents' vehicles. Now, they have kept $500 of our deposit for not fulfilling our lease agreement. Our lease ended 2/16 and we moved out on 2/11. As a courtesy, we let them know we had everything out so they could get new tenants in. Our acct was at $0 when we moved out, there was no remaining balance. I have tried calling twice and no one has returned my call. I would suggest you do your homework. To the management team, I did not use our real name because I am still trying to resolve our deposit issue and based on experience, afraid of retaliation."
"Great communication from unit tour, to lease signing, to move in. Very welcoming, and my unit was in great condition! Management is friendly and handles all questions and concerns promptly. Good location, close to all shopping needs, schools, and backcountry. Safe community. Would highly recommend!"
"I moved in about a month ago from a different Camden location. I can’t say how much better it is!! Quick , helpful responses. More comfortable living arrangements. Cleaner area. Less noise within apartment. Friendly neighbors and staff. Quick maintenance. So far, everything has been great. Happy I made the move."
"I love the apartment I live in, and the people in the community are extremely nice. What I don’t like is that I moved into a dirty apartment and then after several weeks of having maintenance and a cleaning lady come to my unit , I still ended up cleaning since it wasn’t up to par. Then I had my only toilet run over onto my bathroom floor at 8:30 pm a couple nights ago, and although they supposedly have emergency maintenance for such an issue, I was told we would have to wait until 9am the following morning. So, we were advised to turn the water off at the base of the toilet and just use it without being able to flush all night. This was highly unsanitary, so I poured some bleach into the bowl and dealt with it."
