"HORRIBLE PLACE TO RENT: My boyfriend had mold issues, they came and wiped it down, never replaced it. The mold grew back, behind the dishwasher. Had water leaks. He put in SEVERAL requests. He was determined to get help and they treated him so horrible as if he was a criminal. Not answering call, emails, requests. Then had sewage back up in his bathtub and toilet leaking all over the floor and didn’t take immediate action. He had sewage/ water leaking for 3 days in his apartment. This place is a joke and should be shut down. I hope this review helps other to not rent there"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE, this place is extremely overpriced, you do NOT get what you pay for, 1 washer and 1 dryer per building so you won't be able to do your laundry as need be. Poor customer service , no one hardly answers the phone in the leasing office and if they do, they give out false information , everyone in there always has different information which I believe is due to a lack of training. We got the dirtiest, oldest apartment, the previous residents did not clean at all upon their move out. We have had to put in a maintenance request every month since we've moved in because maintenance does not fix things the right way the first time so they have to keep coming back. Expect to wait up to 2 weeks for them to fulfill the request as well. The kids here are unattended, a group of them broke a lot of equipment in the gym. This place is a joke. Please read the reviews before moving here. Hot water runs out extremely fast. Annoying and constant issue with plumbing."

"I previously lived here for two years and I actually enjoyed the place quite a bit. The apartments are older, have no central AC and the heat could be a bit touchy but Its in a great, quite location across from Broomfield Commons and there's a ton of great stores close by (King Soopers, Walmart, Great Wall Supermarket, etc.) While I technically lived in the Ten49 portion of the complex, I also enjoyed the courtyards in the Ten30 apartments! Just know what your getting into, these apartments can be more reasonably priced for a reason."
