"The maintenance in this place is very unprofessional and their team doesn't know the word ProActive! From the time I moved in I reported an issue about the Fridge and it took 1 week before someone took a look at it. After taking a look at it it took another week before action was taken. Since they couldn't fix the issue 3 weeks later they placed a replacement fridge which had a different type of issue. Me and my wife tried explaining that the replacement was defective but the way their maintenance supervisor talks to us is so derogatory to the point that it belittles us and makes us look stupid. I feel that we are being discriminated just because we are asians!"

"I was looking for a new place to live and came across these apartments that were conveniently located. Upon entering the leasing office, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. First impressions are everything and I was pleased with how down to earth everyone in the office was. The apartments were very clean and super cozy inside. Because I enjoyed my experience in such a short time, I made the decision to live at St. Moritz! Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new place to not only live, but love the place you’re living in!"

"I toured both a 1 bedroom and a 2-bedroom apartment. with the leasing agent "Flynn" who was very helpful and answered all of my questions in detail. I was trying to decide between the two since I do have out of town guests. I really like how the apartment complex was near a grocery store, shopping and restaurants. I also liked that the complex was up and elevated. The grounds were very well kept. I think I am tending towards the 2-bedroom apartment and will be deciding soon. I would recommend touring this apartment complex. I was impressed overall."

"Hot tub doesn’t work and will not work. Hasn’t since last October apparently and has been promised to be operable “soon” since I moved in May. I didn’t have AC for 3 weeks in the middle of summer. CAM (Common Area Maintenance) fees go up every month except the common areas are never maintained: backed up drainage, majority of amenity and grounds lighting is inoperable, pool was only available for a month out of the summer due to mechanical issues and poor pool chemist maintenance(read algae/swamp), also a gas leak at the fire pit which is has not been repaired yet. But hey the parking lot looks less like Mogadishu than it did two months ago! Also the office staff is SUPER nice albeit a bit useless. Update: They replied to my review within three days of it being posted, yet have not reached out in the month since their reply like they said they would."

"They are laying on us, we received the apartment while it was in extremely bad conditions. Also, they don’t provide maintenance, they told us from more than two months ago and they never came to fix the apartment problems. Lastly, I think it is the worst decision I have ever made to be here. Not to forget they do have the worst pool ever, it’s too dirty. Don’t repeat others mistakes, don’t come here."
