Lucent Blvd Apartments

"Everything was filthy upon move in. The first picture is just from what was left under the dishwasher. Same story for behind/underneath the stove and refrigerator. Had someone come and clean behind the stove and refrigerator and that was half cleaned. 2200 a month for a pretty crappy and cheaply done apartment and not to mention the upstairs neighbors are insanely loud. First we were told by Charlie (who is extremely nice and helpful) we can be moved into a new apartment considering we just moved in but that all changed after talking with Nathan. We were told by Nathan “that’s just apartment living” referring to the noise complaints as if we’ve not lived in a multiple apartments with courteous neighbors before??? Also told us that our complaints are “he say she say” until documented. We were given instructions on how to get everything “properly documented”, followed that and still received no follow up or update. Everything looks great on the outside but just another cover up like most places. Lots of broken and dirty things upon move in; no cover on top of microwave or bottom of dishwasher. Broken refrigerator door which was replaced!…. with a scratched up one. Cold water indicator missing on one bathroom faucet. Laundry door broken. Dirty blinds. Missing blinds (one safety pinned together which is pictured). Stains on carpet. Moldy caulking in bathroom tub. Caulking around both tubs, bathroom sinks, and toilets needs to be redone. Damaged toilet paper holder can easily be replaced. Also water damage on the baseboards and various walls. Not to mention the teenagers that trespass every night jumping over the pool gate leaving things a mess, super loud, staying until midnight. The signal 88 company has been called and they literally don’t show up. Really wanting to avoid paying an insane $4800 lease break fee but at this point my husband and I are considering it. Horrible move in experience."

"We have lived here for over 6 years. The service both in the office and maintenance is excellent! Andrew in maintenance has always been so helpful and timely with any issues we have had. The employees in the office have always helped when we had questions or issues, they have always been quick to respond. We started off in a one bedroom, then transferred to a two bedroom so easily. The staff here is great and it is a smaller community, so you really do get to know some of your neighbors. We love living at Lucent!"

"We have lived here for 1 year and really love this place. It’s nice and quiet. Maintenance team and management team are great. It’s 4 minutes to 470 highway and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby."

"Love this community! The location is amazing because the proximity of local restaurants, grocery stores & other shopping areas but if you have a dog there is plenty of green areas around that you and your doggies can enjoy. The office team is absolutely nice , friendly and professional which includes: Their manager Devyn, also Ryan , Cassie and of course their maintenance team. The staff has provided warm customer service. Sometimes even hosted pizza night and gave us residents free dinner. Thanks everyone for keeping us happy!"

"I miss this place! Absolutely loved living here. The management is super friendly, the amenities are awesome and the apartments are cozy and comfortable. It was so welcoming... the neighbors were really nice. No parking issues - and they don't have permit parking or have companies like park-it-right that cause inconvinience to users- which is super nice. Their pet policy is great. The community is pretty good. To summarize, had a great experience living here."
