"If you need a hitch installed come to this location! The GM, Dylan, was great! I needed to get a hitch installed and had an appointment at a different location. However, when I showed up to the other location, they said they don’t do hitches at that time of day and that the scheduler never should have booked me at that time. Turns out they actually don’t have their hours listed correctly in the system, so the scheduler didn’t know any better. After over an hour on the phone with a helpful rep, I got rescheduled to do the hitch install the next day at Dylan’s store. That evening, a staff member called to confirm my appointment for the next day, which was much appreciated. The next morning, Dylan was quick and professional. He got my hitch installed in just 30 minutes. He even gave me a discount for all the trouble I experienced at the other store! Save yourself some trouble and come to this store for hitch installs!"
