"Been living in these apartment for bout two years now. it is very quiet and the apartments are nice. every time I need help with something the office is pretty good about helping. the apartment complex i am in is not nasty nor does it have roaches. I love love love Valerie in the office she is a wonderful office manager she always here to help."

"I regret to say that my experience at the Modern Apartments in Denver, CO, was nothing short of a nightmare. In the span of just nine months, I encountered numerous safety and security issues that made living there unbearable. Firstly, my vehicle was vandalized not once, but twice, leaving me feeling unsafe parking in the complex. Then, within just two weeks of moving in, my apartment was broken into, violating my sense of security in my own home. To add insult to injury, I had the misfortune of having a terrible neighbor beneath me who made it his mission to disturb my peace at the most unholy hours. Despite multiple complaints to the office staff about the incessant banging on my ceiling between 2:00 am and 4:00 am, nothing was done to address the situation. Furthermore, I endured the unsettling experience of having someone in a mask pour super glue on my Ring doorbell camera and into my keyhole, leaving me feeling violated and unsafe in my own living space. What's worse is that the office staff consistently disregarded these incidents, showing a blatant lack of concern for the safety and well-being of their residents. In addition to these issues, I also discovered homeless individuals living in the laundry room, which not only compromised the cleanliness and safety of the facilities but also posed a risk to residents using the amenities. Perhaps the most alarming revelation came when I discovered that there are no security cameras anywhere in the complex, leaving residents vulnerable to further acts of vandalism and intrusion. Despite being warned by multiple residents about the hostile individual living beneath my unit, it was disheartening to learn that the management had failed to take decisive action due to a lack of evidence. In conclusion, I strongly advise against living at the Modern Apartments. The negligence of the management towards resident safety and security, coupled with the toxic living environment created by disruptive neighbors and unauthorized individuals in the premises, makes it clear that this is not a place where one can feel truly at home or safe. Potential renters beware."

"The apartments are beautiful comfortable and the staff are absolutely amazing when helping with situations big or small Valerie is absolutely pleasant her effort to make these apartments the best have absolutely been exceeded and continue to grow with new gym equipment to the cleanliness and maintenance done i definitely recommend any dogs lovers or pet owners to check out the puppy park"

"We have been here a year now and have had no issues and lately Ricky has been our life saver. The complex has been kept clean and snow always gone by morning even with the bad winter we’ve had. Ricky does an amazing job, he is always very helpful always been right on any of our minor issues. Love it! Caring and hard worker like him are keepers."

"I’ve been here 3 years and lived in 3 different types of apartments and really enjoy it here for the following reasons: • It’s quiet and everyone’s super nice when you talk to them - this is especially important to me as I work from home and am here all the time • Every apartment has a good amount of natural light and at least 1, sometimes 2 balconies, ideal for balcony gardens! • The heating / air conditioning bill is lower than I thought it would be for this amount of space • There are brand new appliances (including a dishwasher) + new white counter tops + carpeting in all the apartments • Very pet friendly (dogs + cats) • Management removes problem / loud neighbors efficiently and the new management company has stepped up efforts to address + respond to community concerns quickly • There’s an awesome community grill / pool / dog walk area that’s great in the summer • It’s an excellent value for the space in the Denver area • They have different floor plans + apartment types to match you with what you’re looking for in terms of features + price • Even the smaller apartments have tons of closet space / storage • It’s about a 12 min drive to Red Rocks and about a 4 min walk to Bear Creek Trail • Ricky & Juan (the maintenance guys) are heroes! So nice and they both have gone above and beyond to help me out + resolve problems the same day I ask about something. Like all apartments, there are of course occasional issues or problems, but overwhelmingly, I've had far more positive experiences than negative ones in the time I’ve lived here, so no plans to leave."
