"I went to Espirt Health Clinic to do the HCG weight loss diet. Without getting into all the specifics, there was some miscommunication and or misunderstanding between Michelle and I. I called 3 or 4 times to try to straighten things out and was told two different things, by two different receptionist. I was told my message would be passed to Michelle and I would receive a call back. Nobody ever called me back. After a 4th call a few weeks later, I was told I would get a minimal refund. I felt very dismissed and was very disappointed with my experience there."
