There's cheaper apartments in downtown Denver by a significant amount. This is golden. We have to stick together ❤️..... They're just greedy at this point. Edit reply: it's not unparalleled. I grew up down the street. To put it in perspective, I live a half mile down the street and pay $1700 for a 2 bed house with garage and yard. You're taking advantage of people who don't know the area. It's really sick."
