"Phoebe stuck me with a six figure problem on house while she was representing me as my agent. Completely denied my chance at any type of walkthrough of the property I was purchasing . If you feel anything is off while dealing with her, it mostly likely is. She even took her commission check from the title company before I had chance to see the place. Then I was stuck with chasing a problem for months due to lies told by her and the agent at the title company . Just trying to warn others, Phoebe completely misrepresented me as a client and after months of chasing the problem that I should been able to walk away from. I'm now stuck fixing this (see photo)"

AC is now broken today and will be 100 degrees today will see how long it will take for someone to come out today is now 8:35 called and spoke to Pheobe and Nova last night."

The will try to blame things on you that they said from the beginning that they were going to get bids on or fix. They truly don't care about the tenant just about the bottom line and the money!
