"Got over charged for “cleaning and repair” fees. Have been waiting for my reimbursement for months on a bill that I paid and they charged me for. I was told I wasn’t going to get charged the lease break fee if they found someone to take over my lease but they still charged me half of the fee. They also didn’t want to give me half of my monthly rent back even though I only stayed for half a month. Phoebe is rarely available and takes really long to respond to emails. Definitely don’t recommend getting involved with this company."
