"Edelweiss Apartments are located in a nice neighborhood with mature landscaping and just a short distance from Main Reservoir with a great walking trail. The apartments are spacious as is the wonderful covered patio. I particularly appreciate the large storage space in the basement. In the last few years, the management has undertaken many repairs and upgrades. I have lived here happily for 10 years and appreciate the timely service given by Susan and Mick. It has been a good experience for me."

"We've been here for a few years now, I have overall enjoyed living here. It's old construction so it's not a new modern place lol but it's cozy. Baseboard heaters n all that. They're continuously trying to improve the property and take care of things. The maintenance guy, Mick, he's awesome. Huge shout-out to him, he knows what he's doing, goes above and beyond to fix any issues, very polite, takes the time to get to know you, and very fast response time, as long as you don't use the 24/7 maintenance line. They have a tenant portal, that's better. Also nice to pay rent online and have a digital copy of the lease. No idea what the stuff about bed bugs or roaches or rats is on these reviews, I have had only 1 pest problem and it was wasps, which they promptly took care of after I notified them. Susan is pretty cool too, she's willing to work with you."

"Been living here since mid-October, and Edelweiss has proved to be a great location! Susan (the property manager) has always been so kind, and stays on top of everything really well! She’s always quick to respond if any questions or issues arise; all-in-all just a really nice person, and a real go getter! All appliances work well for being a bit older of an apartment (built late 70’s I think), and everything was really clean when I moved in! Like, brand-new-house type of clean, and I fell in love! Also maintenance has been really on top of things as well; all issues have been taken care of without any added troubles. I’ve got no complaints so far! I’m looking forward to a nice, cozy future here!"

"Edelweiss feels like home :) I lived here a few years back and when the lease I was on with a different complex was voided and we had to find a new place to live within roughly fifteen days, Susan helped us out and got us into an apartment just in the nick of time. The maintenance is efficient and friendly (on the rare occasion that you need it) and most of the community is extremely welcoming. I've had neighbors leave canned goods at our door just because and help me out when my laundry key got lost. The apartments are clean and roomy with plenty of space in the living area and patio although the bedrooms are a little small, its well worth the pricing overall. Susan is excellent at informing us with plenty of notice if there is any maintenance planned and has been wonderful in resolving any issues we have encountered. Overall a wonderful place to live!"

"Very great management. Susan was always friendly, happy and willing to help. She was helpful from the move in process, up until I left. Even after I moved out, she was helpful and friendly with making sure I got my deposit back. Mick, with maintenance was always great. I couldn't have asked for a better maintenance tech. He did great work and was always friendly and helpful. He did an amazing job with the pool and always made my family feel at home when they came to visit. Just an overall great guy in general."
