And recently when AC broke was very helpful in getting it fixed. Maintenance is responsive and helpful and we appreciate that so much. Thank you for what you do especially kudos to the maintenance staff !! We plan on staying here for awhile."

"RENTER BEWARE!!!! This place is terrible! When we moved in our apartment was supposed to be a brand new unit. We were greeted by the maintenance man at our apartment to go through damage and an unfinished apartment with us. They never fixed any of the issues. We didn't even have hot water when we moved in. The police are there every week for parking lot fights and the front office NEVER answers the phone. I could go on and on about how terrible this place as for us but they keep deleting my review. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere where they value the people that rent from them."

"Going into my third year living here and I absolutely love it! Carolyn and the maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful! I have never had any kind of severe problem while living here. I haven't even really had a minor inconvenience! Parking can be scarce at times but I can absolutely live with that. I'm so excited and very much looking forward to living here. The new club house and office space in great! The neighborhood is great!"
