"It is a DREAM living here. I’ve moved in a couple months ago and let me just say- management- 100%, leasing- 100%, maintenance- 100%, cleanliness- 100%. It’s a super quiet, and respectful neighborhood. A place where I feel confident and comfortable raising my son in. I’ve lived in places that were nightmares, **cough cough** Glen at Lakewood. And like good god I am so excited to be here for years to come. I would highly recommend, without thinking twice. The maintenance team are some kicka** rockstars, they work hard on shoveling snow, they respond FAST with maintenance requests, like I was honestly blown away and unprepared with the hustle. The management is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they treat you like genuine people, not paychecks. Seriously, Ranch at Bear Creek is more than just a apartment community, it’s home. Best place to live!"
"The only good experience we’ve had here is with Keagan with maintenance. He knows what he is doing and does it right! He’s the only one here that we trust! This place doesn’t deserve any stars. It I can’t post unless I give it at least 1. My furnace went out on Wednesday and I still don’t have one. It’s currently -3 outside and every time I call there’s always an excuse and it’s always “tomorrow at the latest”. I will be filing a complaint with the State/county. I can’t wait for my lease to end!!! The staff is rude and incompetent. They obviously don’t care about tenants, they just want your rent money. I’ve also had issues with mice and rats, the trash people rarely pick up my trash but I still have to pay the $25 a month fee. I asked for a kick plate to be put on my storage closet in the summer and that hasn’t been done. I also have had issues with water running in through my sliding glass door when it rains or snow melts. They place bandages on things that they shouldn’t. I’ve also had ceiling leaks. Don’t waste your money here!!!!!!"
"this place will rob you of any money you have. they will charge you fees that you are not informed about and they will not return your calls. i had plumbing issues the entire 6 months i lived there and they just put “bandaids” on the problems DAYS later. i had water bugs crawling on my floors and heard water dripping from inside the walls. when you break your lease, they will charge you more than they say they will by taking it out of your security deposit for non-security related issues. multiple neighbors either moved out or have active lawsuits out for this place. DO NOT RENT HERE. it is not worth the headache or the debt they will cause you. never mind the fact that the place is a complete dump filled with staff that lie to your face. oh, i was also having packages stolen. the list goes on. this place should be shut down."
