We got back a day earlier than expected. I was surprised they refunded the extra day, without me asking! "I do not mind following the rules, as long as I am told what the rules are in advance. Upon arriving for my Friday 11am appointment for a car hauler, I was told due to a string of scams, ghetto location and theft, the associate would have to take my photo along with me holding my license. I objected. But was told it was the only way to rent. I will not rent from this location ever again. I will be reaching out to corporate about my experience as well. Tell people in advance about photographing them, and how their private information will be stored!"
