"My package was suppose to be delivered today and who ever the delivery person is, must be the laziest they said they can deliver my package because they can't get to the front door..I been home all day and no one tried to deliver my package. My front door is so easy to find and get to and this isn't the first time they do this. If your too lazy to get out the truck then you should not be working in a place that requires it. This is horrible service."

"I'm a former employee at the DCS1 location, which was a large carnival tent - so this location is a huge upgrade (and beautiful). The parking lot is large and drive lanes are well maintained. The walk lanes inside and outside of the building are well marked and kept hazard-free. Most of the staff are friendly, sporting a smile and waving. There's a lot going on during the day, so everyone is definitely busy running around. The restrooms are automated and clean. The building has automatic garage-like doors that open as you approach them (it scares everyone at first). Everything is labeled - making it easy finding what you're looking for (DSP, Returns, etc)."
