"I had so, so much trouble getting through to the local trash company for an entire week in order for them to collect bulk items we needed gone for my mom, and I live out of state. I found College Hauling Hunks online at 7:30 am, I scheduled an appointment for a free estimate on arrival, and with the option to decline if it exceeded our budget. Within minutes I confirmed the appointment, and within 2 hours they were able to head out to my moms, they gave me a reasonable estimate, and were so kind, professional, and informative every step of the way. I wish more companies followed this business model. And I appreciate Andrew’s kindness wholeheartedly."

"We will never use nor recommend this company again! When we got a quote we mentioned we had furniture in storage that needed to be put together and we were assured that it can be done. Fast forward to moving day I asked about protecting the carpet since it’s a new house and they did nothing for it. I also asked if they can put a bed together and they said they don’t do that because they didn’t take it apart. I mentioned that I was told that it would put it together and it looked like the mover got an attitude and started talking smack in the truck because I heard him. Boxes that said garage on them were brought in the house so I had to pull those heavy boxes back out. I was never asked how I wanted things or where to put them. So after the move I was given a survey about the move and I gave a low score. I almost immediately got a call to discuss what happened. The gentleman wanted to make it right so offered to have someone help me with a desk and a bed. The guys came and gave excuses about not being able to do it so nothing was done! Guess what it got done by someone else! Poor customer service! Don’t waste your time your money or stress out with this company!"
