"I will just say this, I witnessed an elderly woman being dropped off at a medical clinic. The driver exited the vehicle and removed a walker out of the back of the vehicle and took it to an elderly lady who used it to helper into the clinic. This woman walked very slowly to the entrance and I assisted her by holding the door open. I greeted her and walked with her inside to unsure she didn’t require any assistance. My complaint Is not that this driver/escort did anything wrong but there is very little difference between good service and great service. I just feel he should have escorted this lady inside at least past the door."
