"We waited almost 2 hours for the manager to get back because the employees aren’t trained to pay promissory notes. In the meantime we were given a reservation that at the desk that they couldn’t fill. When the manager showed up he was rude and unhelpful. He said he would not rent anything for 4 days because “ usually people rent uhauls for a day and then return them.” We told him that’s not what we needed, but It wasn’t until we asked him to call another U-Haul to see if it was available that we FINALLY were able to get the reservation filled"

"I went to 455 E Woodmen Rd Colorado Springs, CO 80919, first, as my reservation was there. Due to a recent weather storm I asked Jason about changing to an enclosed trailer. He did not have one but quickly called Katie at reservation line and found me an enclosed trailer within 15 minutes of the location. I was highly impressed by Jason’s problem solving and Katie’s quick work locating equipment that made my trip better. Kudo’s to Jason and Katie for making the experience awesome."

"Staff was friendly and helpful putting the trailer on to the truck. Gave us two copy’s of the share ride information one for us to keep and one for the drop off location to keep. Was not informed before picking up the extra trailer (that was no for our move) that we could only go 55mph which doubled our time and tripled our gas. We paid $1,000 in gas for the truck and trailer and drove for 26 hours when it would have only taken us 13 hours. We were reimbursed $600 and when I called to explain how inconvenient it was and the lack of information we were given the gave us an extra $100 for it."

"Jason Carr and Eric are 2 of the most professional, yet human, individuals that I have ever dealt with. I was in an accident with a UHaul trailer. Mr Carr was more concerned on how I was and on how he could make my journey home as smooth and safe as possible, than on damage the original trailer had sustained. He recommended an amazing moving company to transfer my belongings to a replacement trailer, then he and Eric checked on me frequently all through the process. They went above and beyond what they were required to do, they were human!! I wish I could give them a 10 star review!! Thank you for all you do Jason and Eric!!! You are noticed and appreciated!!!"
