"I am a seasoned veteran with moving. When my daughter and my son-in-law had their first military move, I flew in to help my daughter. I can say in the over 18 moves I’ve been involved in, I’ve NEVER had as bad an experience as we did with this company. They showed up on time but definitely came with attitude. They were okay for most of the morning and afternoon until it came close to them being done. They did not offer to walk through the apartment to make sure stuff was all good to go. So, I walked through and found several items that still needed to be packed. I gathered it all together and very kindly said hey we’ve got this stuff here that still needs to be packed. They tried to tell me that the moving company would take care of it. The movers were right there and said no that’s not our job. At this point, the guy went over and started throwing my daughter’s stuff, dropping a glass bottle then stormed out. Thankfully, the movers came up to us and said that even though it wasn’t their job, they’d help us out. Not part of their job at all, but thankful they were much friendlier and helpful. I’ve never ever ever had a packing company treat me or our stuff in this manner ever. I highly highly highly recommend avoiding this company. I will make sure the military is also aware of the behavior."
"The movers were awesome unfortunately my shipment had lots of problems. My legs to my kitchen table were both broken in different ways and China hutch broken on corners all due to poor packing from San Angelo. Many boxes and items were bent from other heavier boxes being put on top of them. Will be filing a claim but careless packing was noticed for the entire shipment. Again, movers on this end was awesome they moved and placed items exactly were we wanted and helped explain claim process and will return for the boxes."
"Really nice to work with people who care about their customers as much as we do. Very organized, and clean facility. Very hard to find this in this industry nowadays. Was definitely refreshing to see. Thank you mr. Benny for all of your guys's hard work. Was definitely great to get be able to get out of the clean parking lot, and to work with some incredible people in that warehouse. I wish you guys nothing but the best."
"The crew seemed really great while at our house packing for the move. When our items were delivered I found some of the packers decided to pack their empty energy drink cans in with our home goods. I'm not sure who thinks that's a good idea, but it was incredibly disgusting to come across, especially since our goods sat in storage for almost 30 days. At least the drink was sugar free, so no ants! Edit: I want to make clear, these empty cans were packed INTO multiple boxes with my items inside the boxes. These weren't extra boxes of trash containing only trash. It was trash and my items in the same box."
"Not suitable for OTR truck. Extremely tight,no way to straighten up the truck.Exiting this place is even more challenging than backing up. The not friendly associate told me that the truckers are doing it all of the time-definitely those with straight-trucks,not with 65 feet semi. The loaders have no clue what are they doing. Just drop the boxes in random order inside your truck. Definitely not picking up anything again from them"
