"STAY AWAY FROM GLS!!! Drivers are stealing packages. There is no way they have so many wrong deliveries. If you are a major company that delivers packages, do not use GLS. All the negative reviews are similar. I was expecting a package 12/1/23 from Dyson. $1000 vacuum cleaner. It still has not been delivered. They claim they delivered and have a picture of the package on my porch. (SEE PIC) It's not my porch. It's not in my neighborhood. The picture has reflection of a mountain from the glass door. Our neighborhood is not by any mountains. After reading all the reviews on GLS, this is NOT a mistake. This driver stole my package. I have been on hold for hours at at time from GLS customer service. They are absolutely horrible! They claim they have a tracking team working on it. I've not received any correspondence from GLS. It's been three weeks from initial contact. If you call the customer service number you will wait an hour for someone to pick up, only to be put on hold for another twenty minutes, then call gets disconnected. It really is a SCAM! Drivers are thieves!"
"I would very much advise any company to stay away from this “delivery service”. I’m convinced they seek to steal packages, with as many people whom have lost packages to these incompetent people. I get told if I’d like to pick up my package at the warehouse, I go through with that request to pick up at the warehouse since the package was already 3 days late. I drive an hour and a half to pick it up just to get told it was not there at the delivery depot, because apparently a driver took it but didn’t scan it. Then two days later I talk to Dyson and tell them what’s going on, less than 5 minutes later the package goes “out for delivery” from that same depot - or so I thought. It was said to have been delivered at 10:55PM, and THIS is the included delivery picture. Absolutely horrible. Nothing was delivered. Dyson, EBay, whomever - QUIT USING THIS COMPANY. For crying out loud; the amount of money both the sender and the recipient are risking losing is too great, they’ve already got history of being unable to perform their tasks properly."
"Garbage company supposedly delivered a package to me. The picture supplied isn't my house and no address for where they delivered it. Now they say it's not their problem contact the company I ordered from definitely don't use them and don't trust them when they screw up"
"I ordered a limited edition item and the company chose to ship through these guys. These guys got my package to DENVER and NOT to my home town, then said their driver “couldn’t find my address” to make delivery (they were in the WRONG CITY) and they “couldn’t contact me” (no one attempted ANY contact). Now I have no chance it getting the item back since the original company cannot ship out returned items. Stay away from GLS. They’re lazy and have no good excuses for their inability to do their jobs."
"Horrible and incompetent. They make USPS look great! I ordered a product, and unfortunately the company used GLS. They had all of my contact information (email and phone number). I even received updates from them, until all of a sudden it stopped. I checked the tracking information, and it said they attempted to call me, couldn't get ahold of me, and were sending it back to the company. However, they never tried to call or email me. Don't call them, though, you'll spend over an hour on hold and still won't speak to someone. Wanna try chatting with a rep? You'll wait 15-20min before it times out and you have to "try later.""
