"So we ended up at Starbucks after a long ordeal with moving resulted in us having zero wifi anywhere right as we were trying to switch phone carriers and get hotspots on our phones. Whole mess. We ordered 2 Grande hot chocolates with whipped cream, and just sat in a corner for over an hour while we got our phones dealt with. Starbucks gave us a warm place with warm drinks to get an internet connection when that wasn't super possible elsewhere. While the building itself has disabled parking including a ramp, some spots of the parking lot were icy and if you need to pick someone up-- as my mom had to wear a medical boot at the time-- it's hard to find a good spot in that area because of how the curb is designed, especially if they're busy. Otherwise finding parking was fine."
"Great location! I frequent Starbucks all across the state, and this one is top tier. Very fast service, great products! The service was extremely friendly and the barista went above and beyond."
"I received a drink with a bottle cap included. I didn't notice when they gave me the drink. Because I was a driver. And, I ordered Pink drink, but I couldn't find strawberry."
"Busy drive thru got my order wrong on 50% off period. Went in to get it corrected and was ignored by baristas that looked confused like they were training and cashier moving merchandise. Finally drive thru guy acknowledged and remade nitros. Since when does the vanilla sweet cream come out of the nitro spout instead of being put on top. Not as good mixed like that."
