"I waited for an "agent" to answer the phone in the Denver facility for nearly an hour from 4:00 to when they closed at 5.....I guess they stop answering phones an hour before they close. Our delivery has been rescheduled 5 times now, this time they just plain didn't show up, no call, no text, no email, nothing...as agreed we were available all day and Ceva was a no show."
"Waited from 9 am to 1 pm as instructed from the delivery company. After 2 hours of no showing, called the company 8 times, I received an answer twice stating they would call back once they were able to reach the driver. Never received a call back and am constantly reaching their automated messaging system. If they say you're "_ in line please wait for a representative" you'll be waiting another 2+ hours and still not reach anyone. Costco please stop utilizing this shipping company."
"Black Hole Customer Service… Ordered a dining room table and retailer contracted CEVA to deliver. Started out good with a seemingly nice tracking system and automated phone system to schedule and track our delivery. From here it starts to go south. Multiple delays and required reschedules. Delivery day comes and goes twice. Reached a human being early in the process and they said "it's in your city at our facility in a truck but we are 10 trucks behind in unloading and delivery", so we rescheduled 1 week out. On delivery day, truck arrives...with only the base of the table. The driver says "It must be on a different truck - I'll call the office and have them call you". Now the "fun" really begins. The tracking website indicates that both pieces were delivered (not true). No call from the office so I call local "customer service". Hold time starts with a recorded message "there are more than 5 callers ahead of you" so I wait...around the 3RD HOUR of holding the recording says "there is 1 caller ahead of you". By 3 hours and 51 minutes of hold time and still "1 caller ahead of you", it's closing time at this business so I press "1 for a call back". I go to the website and fill out the form requesting a contact. Neither a callback or email contact occurs. We call again the next day with more than 2 hours of hold time and no answer. The next day it's 3+ hours of hold time ending with "1 caller ahead of you" and no answer. It's 5 days later, I haven't heard from or been able to reach anyone, and I'm still staring at the base of my table wondering if I will ever get the top..."
"The absolute worst shipping experience of all time!! The kayak was dropped off, and before I could turn around to cut open the package, the driver was gone. No signed paperwork. Not even 10 seconds to inspect. It was dropped off and the driver took off within 90 seconds. The kayak has extreme damaged due to the shipping process. The online retailer has agreed to process my refund once this is picked up from CEVA logistics. Highly unethical process. I would rate a 0 star if possible. If you’re about to ship with CEVA…. You’re out of your mind!!"
