"I ordered stuff online. Got a estimated delivery date that got delayed due to weather no problem. It arrived at the last hub on Monday. Called customer service to verify what to expect at delivery was told that it needed to be a scheduled delivery and someone will be calling to schedule it. Never got a call. Tracking changed to scheduled delivery date. I took the day off waiting for it. Never showed. Called customer service several times was told I'd get a call that day never did. Everytime I call customer service I get told they've escalated it Called and emailed the hub but no response. I've tried calling the hub no answer. Now I'm a week after the original delivery date and can not get information other then its at a hub and its been escalated and I can't get my delivery. Thus company is horrible."
"I wouldn't trust these guys to deliver a message! Purchased an online order for delivery. Initial delivery date was cancelled due to weather - which I understand, but the subsequent delivery date wasn't met. Made arrangements to have someone at the house to receive but had to leave work early because my daughter had to leave for work and it still hadn't been delivered by the scheduled window. Called to ask what the status was - and was told that the truck had some issues with the lift gate - which is fine, but a call goes a long way especially when arrangements have been made 2 days in a row to receive. The guy I talked to literally asked me what he was supposed to do about this? For anyone with some kind of supervisory or managerial responsibility - it's not my job to train your personnel on what to do when something comes up - if they don't know that a phone call to coordinate the delay so that people can ensure someone is there past the quoted delivery window, well you should find someone who knows how to do the job right. As if that wasn't enough - when the driver did arrive, he knocked on the door, and walked back to the truck while carrying on a personal conversation the entire time - the only words he said to me was when I asked him if I needed to sign the receipt and he didn't even have a pen for me to sign. Here's an idea - find a different line of business - With as much as I had to do myself on this, the only thing I didn't do was drive the damn truck!"
"For several days after my shipment left the east coast, I was unable to track my shipment. Several days later I was able to track the shipment, but scheduled delivery was delayed 4-5 days. Then tracking showed the day it would be delivered on before 7pm. Waited late afternoon to 7:00, no delivery, no update. It took me 45 minutes the next morning to get thru to someone who knew was going on. She couldn't confirm or promise any specific date for delivery to my address. I had to drive to their location. She had it setup for 10:30 pickup but advised me to come after 1:00. I got there at 2:30 and waited another 1/2 hour. The forklift driver did assist in loading it on to my vehicle. Avoid the shipping service"
"This facility, company and people who are working here should be ashamed of the job they are doing. They held my package hostage for 3 weeks, every day changing the delivery date to the next day. Calling their customer support is a waste of time since they keep saying they are escalating the situation but that's just a word. They can't even reach their own facility and then expect me to call them directly and ask for help which of course I did and no answer. Left numerous messages but no call back. They just steal your money and keep your package until whenever suits them to deliver it if any."
