"Very bad. Before they were let go I waited quite awhile for them to arrive. After they arrived he was there 2 hours and 25 minutes. Of that time he was gone to get tools a total of 1 hour and 20minutes. I asked and was told I would still have to pay $120 an hour for him going after his tools. They also came a few days before that, looked and said they would come back and never did."
