"My wife left a 5 star review several months ago. However we finally got were able to open our belongings in the last few months. Apparently the movers ran out of boxes at some point and decided to just wrap the rest of our stuff in paper and wrap tape around it. They shoved a one of the kind piece of metal artwork into a box and bent it irreparably. Despite being told they need to wrap things carefully because it would be in storage for a long time and would be moved again, they were careless with several items. They also did not make a parts box and we ended up with missing screws for our bed frames, missing parts for a lamp, some other missing hardware, and several items we told them not to move including all the manuals for the house we don’t own anymore. I do not recommend them for a whole house move. I expect some things to break for a long distance move, plastic bins, a glass or two. But this was unacceptable, particularly their choice to wrap our things in paper. And I do suggest you watch them the entire time to make sure they pack fragile things carefully."

They were also very respectful of the home, taking extra care to avoid damaging walls, floors, and other surfaces.
