"My money clip was stolen out of my car by the guy who inspected it, and the guy who inspected was pretty unlikable and didnt seem to care for my situation at the time all. At least the manager was able to help me which is why Ill give at least 2 stars but nonetheless an awful customer experience."

"If you have a platform camper shell like a GFC or super pacific they'll tell you to cut off the tent or throw away the entire thing. When I asked why a sprinter van can get shipped with a bed in it the managers will tell you to take it up with the pentagon. Classic case of civilian contractors being too lazy to fill out the paperwork needed to get things done or afraid of having anything but the minimal amount of work created for them."

"My car was shipped from Honolulu to Denver and it took just over two weeks which was awesome. I arrived at my appointment about 30 minutes early and was out with my car within 10-15 minutes. Both employees were friendly. The woman who helped was efficient. I read some bad reviews but my experience was great!"

"Their interpretation of the cleaning policy is for a car to look new. I spent hours wiping down everything and vacuuming but with a car that is 11 years old it will never look brand new even though it was clean. After “failing” I scheduled a detailer to go over the car but the staff was unwilling to allow me to come back the same day even though all paperwork was already turned in and would have made it back well prior to the facility closing. I drove 9 hours just to drive 9 hours back."

"Ok. The people that assited me were very professional and extremely nice. Ensure you clean you car like the website says to do or use a detailer. I cleaned it my self and it passed. If you have any questions call them until you are satifed and they were willing to answer all my questions when I called 50 times. I couldnt be happier. To all the nightmare stories make sure your car is clean and avoid issues. They are only doing there job when an issue is found. Thanks guys."
