"I was making a purchase with my paypal card and I didn't have the funds on my card so the purchase was paid for in cash but when the funds became available on my card, the clerk charged me again for the purchase and to me that's theft. So the clerk Kory needs to refund my money because I've already filed a dispute with paypal because I couldn't get help from anyone there when I called. The manager needs to teach the clerks how to completely cancel transactions on a card when there are insufficient funds an not allow them to charge the card at a later time when the purchase was completed in full with cash and it doesn't matter what the amount is. They should be held responsible for charging a persons card after the purchase was paid in full by cash. He had no right in keeping my money and I will be calling the manager again tomorrow."
