"The woman who tried to help me was very kind, but had to run back and forth to speak with her manager,(the person actually trained to process the UPS returns) who refused to help me personally. My return wasn't processed because they wanted it packaged and labeled, eventhough, Amazon says this is to be done on site, and product came in large box with several other orders. Still did nothing to help."
