Maverik Adventure's First Stop

"I was at the pumps filling up. Today I noticed a young man assisting an elderly man, who was disabled or because of age, out to his car. I thought how nice this young gentleman would take the time to help and I thought he was the hired caregiver. After getting the elderly man into his car he turned around and walked back into Kum and Go because he was an employee. It made my day to see people help each other no matter where or who they are."

"I've been a very loyal customer to this location and several others and in the past, ive had great experiences. Recently however, my loyalty to kum and go has declined quickly over the last couple of months amongst several locations across colorado. As a native, born and raised, I know a lot of people and have a good reputation in my community, as did the local businesses. This year and the end of 2023 have disappointed me as a customer though, especially at the winters and north nevada location. All kum n go's were known for their free air and most do not provided a working air pump any more. They used to allow 24hour bathrooms, and now they do not, and the worst part yet, several locations informed me that there is now a 15 minute maximum vist time allotted!!!! This is a joke to the customer service industry!!!!! Youve lost me as a loyal customer and probably many more to come with this kind of limitation on service. Sadly if you continue to employ managers like the one at the previously mentioned location above, ( the younger one with a bald head and big ego) then your business is sure to fail. Thanks for great service once upon a time."

"The 2 guys working are jerks. I forgot my wallet. I tried using just the card number, they wouldn't accept. I had to wait at gas station for more then 3 hours, for my daughter to come help me,after she gets out of work. I explained my situation, they could care less. They just said no and helped the next customer."

"I was so happy to see the gas station as I work night shift at the hospital. That lady on 11/5/2023 at 1245 am was so rude. She was the only one working that I could see. It reeked of marijuana and she was the only one there. My favorite gas station convenient store left me feeling upset but everyone can have a bad day but this person needs to get another job. Be kind, Be Sober at work please. You would think they would be friendlierI just left and took my business elsewhere."

"Usually overcrowded in the morning, a very popular location indeed. Be careful crossing the parking lot on foot from the gas pumps. Very understaffed for the amount of foot traffic. This is the only location I've been to where I've had their rewards program be "down" once which was super odd. It's an okay location, but usually I try to hit one of the other ones on my way to work. As a whole Kum N Go's breakfast options are improving, but not quite on par with Maverick's yet. I had a brisket burrito that was pretty good."
