Diane who calls to confirms the appointment answered all my questions, and was extremely kind when it came to having to reschedule due to not having my containers on the date we were expecting for them to arrive. "Hired to move a 3 bedroom house. Was quoted an estimate and told our credit card would not be charged until I was satisfied. They charged the card anyway without contacting me and charged double of the estimate. They broke furniture. Argumentative, told us what they would move and wouldn’t, overall awful people to work with. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY."

"The lady Diane I talk to was very polite and nice to talk to the 2 helpers that came the first time and my son wasn't ready they were very nice and helpful the following day 2 others came and moved my stuff it got damaged and I can't even get a returned phone call. 1st day was our fault and we had to reschedule but my couch I had made and it was damaged and my dresser drawers dropped. Update I was offered $75 for damages done to my furniture unexceptable my sofa alone cost me $750 I wanted a good strong sofa cause I lived in apartment so NO I can't have it repaired for that amount. Will never go here again."
