Our West Elm Dresser, Samsung Frame TV, Pottery Barn Nightstands and new house all were damaged. I was only reimbursed $1k based on the insurance policy. It’s a total scam. Thanks for costing us more money than the move. Total damage cost was $4,335. Looks elsewhere."
