"I worked for this company for close to 2 years. I've had my cdl for 8 years. In the 2 years I drove for JFW I learned more than I've ever known about the trucking industry. They will give you the tools and knowledge to succeed. I got my hazmat and the hazmat company hired me without hazmat experience big part due to the fact that i drove for JFW. The experience at JFW is a really good thing to mention on a job application. You gotta put in work though. At least give it a year just to gain the experience, the knowledge, and work ethic. JFW is the best company to work for in the local sand and gravel industry in Colorado. CDOT knows it and everyone else does too.They are a Excellent company. They have a lot of work. If you hustle you'll make top pay your first year. I'm currently listening to their podcast. It's called channel 23 podcast. I'm just grateful that I gained the experience there. "These are the worst most dangerous drivers on the road. If they haven't killed anybody already they're definitely going to soon. Everyday up and down Highway 85 they clogged traffic weave in and out dangerously and then blame other drivers. You ever wonder why there is a 100 cars clogging the left lane is probably because of jfew driver is in front of it."
