"The cashiers are unprofessional and horrible at customer service. They treat students as thieves when some students all they want it's to buy a drink. They don't know anything about customer service and when approached they start yelling and screaming at people. Please make a better team by training your staff how to deal with issues and how to resolve this issues in a peaceful manner."
"Closed at 5pm? Cars in the parking lot, people getting fuel; a staff member pokes her head out the door and tells me they’re closed. Oh ok. Not the fault of the company, likely lazy employees or lack there of."
"For being a new store it is absolutely filthy and disgusting. The cashier is a terrible member of the community and is a potential disease vector because they refuse to wear a mask, making the store unhygienic all around. Unless you're itching to catch covid go somewhere else. Update: In addition to being filthy, they will also just randomly close early and will go days without any gas. It's honestly embarrassing how bad they are at this. The maverick less than a minute down the road, or the kum and go the other way, have comparable prices, is clean, well stocked, and has friendly service. Do yourself and everybody else a favor and shop there instead, so that this place can go out of business and be replaced with something that's actually useful."
