"If I could take away the star I would. I went in to the shop as it was empty, I had some confusion on my shipping label. I told her I would be back as people started to pile in the door and did not want to take away more of other customers time. Came back in and asked for my shipment to just be packaged as I would pay for her services since it was my misunderstanding. With attitude I was told she has other things to do while I looked for the label. When she was ready to package my shipment she ripped my bag off the counter and to the back she went. I kindly let her know I was not shipping the bag the items were in and she turned to me with such attitude and tell me, YES ITS JUST EASIER FOR ME TO CARRY THEM. She boxed the items came back and tossed the box on the counter. I asked once again how much I owed her and she continuously told me YOUR FINE. Just shewing me off. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!"
