"Truly one of the worst c-stores in all of America. They charge you for plastic bags that rip with a single Gatorade in them despite using EBT. They have no courtesy. They close whenever they feel like it (always before 2:30am). They lack any kind of decency with dealing with customers. There is a 7/11 3 blocks west on 38th that treats there customers warmly and with respect - I highly recommend giving your business to them."

"This is one of the worst stores for customer service.This is the second time that items are not stocked. I was very nice in reporting this, but the ckerks did not care.The clerks are super rude. It was a very dissapointing experience shopping in this store!!"

"Went there to buy some candy and there were 3 guys behind the counter and one of them was very disrespectful to my husband, my 3 kids and I using bad words and the other 2 guys did not do anything, and when I went back inside to ask for his name they didn't want to give it to us, I told him I was going to complain for being disrespectful and he laughed and say complain I don't care. Definitely calling the headquarters!"

"Came to this store at 12:30 and the cashier had taken it upon himself to close the store. As we waited 5 other people came and he refused to open the door. Why is this allowed? He regularly does this as I have been told and he still has his job?? Please make it make sense."

"Walk in to get a 79 cent big gulp that is advertised all over the outside of the building. (See attached pictures) Sprite flat. Coca cola flat. Get Dr pepper because it's not flat. Walk up front, enter my phone number. 2700 pts available. Charges me $1.79. This happens to me all over at 711's and it's almost triple expected price. I finally say something. He has me re enter points. Fumbles around a little. Finally he says $1.79. I say $0.79? And point to sign. He says yeah $1.79. I say "no, $0.79." He says "not for you." I ask if he'd like his $0.79 for the Soda or if he'd rather throw it away. He opted to throw it away. I turned to leave. A customer offered to pay for it, but I declined. I've caved in over a dozen times. No more. I simply came hereto get a pack of cigarettes. I will now take that business elsewhere as well. Pretty discriminatory to tell someone a posted deal is good for everyone but 1 individual. Edit: I posted the review and looked up to see the customer who offered me the extra money, pumping his gas. I approached him w a $20 bill. He was confused so I elaborated. It was nice to see a stranger try to help, to the point he reached into his own pocket."
