"Would use zero stars if it were an option, clerk who was supposedly processing my propane exchange left me outside for twenty minutes. I was patient at first but when in check what was taking so long he was just looking at his phone."

"They “updated” their pumps interface, and now they won’t take credit cards. I’ve gone twice since the update, and had to finally go in both times to pay inside. The pump says to pay inside or insert your card. I insert my card and then it prompts me to remove the card quickly. I remove the card and it asks if I’m using a debit card. I say no and it immediately says “transaction canceled.” There is no other way to pay at the pump. There is no option to initiate a credit card payment. It just tells you to insert your card and then cancels the transaction when you select that it is not a debit card. The worst part about it is that these pumps used to be my favorite pumps to stop at quickly. They were super fast and asked only one or two questions before you were pumping gas. This has been my go to gas station on the way to the highway for years. I will have to stop going until they can figure this out."

"I go there frequently to get a giant cold brew vanilla coffee and maybe a sandwich in the morning. Employees always greet, and they all are friendly. Some of the pricing is a little high, but it's corporate, so whaddya gonna do?"

"Literally stood in line with 4 people behind us for over 20 minutes watching the employee scan and stock shelves. I asked if she would be able to check us out soon, and she responded that she was the only one working & had to stock first...like, why do you have to stock first? She didn't give a reason and just continued to ignore the line. We, along with another customer, were forced to leave our items and leave the store, as waiting to check out at a 7-11 for half an hour is absolutely insane. I know help is short, but this was unprofessional & ridiculous. She could have easily put her scanner down, checked out customers & gone back to that when the store was empty. Worst experience at a 7-11 EVER."

"July/2020 I Stopped at this location for gas and a car wash. The receipt didn't print in the pump so I ran inside to get a receipt. Forgot my mask since I wasn't planning to go inside. Totally made a mistake, however, I could not believe how rude and mean the woman was. I agree masks are required and am very careful and respectful of the guidelines... just made a mistake. I offered to stand back or go grab my mask out of the car but instead she went on and on with a mask lecture and a personal issue. I will never go back to that store. I don't mind being reminded to wear a mask but I did NOT deserve to be treated that way and she should not be in customer service."
