"I bought a small vape pen for $15 cash. When I tried it, the flavor was burnt, so I asked to swap it for a new one. However, the staff said they aren't allowed to do exchanges without a manager there. I had $20 to put towards a larger $30 vape as an exchange. I don't want to wait around for a manager just to swap out a defective product I already paid for. I work across the street and won't be coming back here. You may want to retrain your staff on how to politely handle returns and exchanges, and empower them to resolve issues. Making customers wait for a manager over minor problems is unacceptable."
