"AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I went in on Thursday 16, 2023 and the employee was literally about to fight a customer because the customer was upset that there was no explanation as to why his sale was denied. Employees are usually on the phone and won't bother, even saying a simple hello, they tend to have their wireless earbuds on and it's very rare to get their full attention when you need something, if you do get their attention, they usually act like you just ruined their entire day because they had to pause their oh so important conversation (how can someone be on the phone every shift for the entire shift anyway. Aren't you supposed to be tending to customers, inventory and store cleanliness?). I seriously don't understand how 7-Eleven corporate still hasn't replaced this location's current management after all these years of the same. Terrible customer service (when you can even get it), rude employees and good luck getting a question answered if they even understand you, not trying to be a jerk, it's just extremely frustrating when you can't understand an employee and they can't understand you in the event of a problem. There are plenty of other locations to choose from where you will get far better service, like the location on Federal and Hampden, literally just up the street."

"The store is dirty workers are rude. I wouldn't give them any business. They don't have what you need for a convenience store. I know it's a 7-11, a random stop, but I would avoid it if you can."

"Guy at the counter tried to rob me of over $7, went into get 4 steak and cheese Tequilatos. Luckily my boyfriend who works at a 7,-eleven went into get money back cause 4 of them is not $12. Crooked people here. Right by military housing. Wow."

"RUN AWAY!! I've gone to this location for years and I've never been so insulted by an employee in my life. Can't give a name since they never wear name tags. I paid for my stuff and then got accused of grabbing part of the payment as I put my wallet in my purse and MADE ME show him my purse contents. I watched him grab the money as he collected his books while I paid the difference with my card. Then accused me of lying. Not the treatment people deserve when it's all on camera."
