"After I purchased and paid for my gas using the Shell app. I went inside to ask for the key to the outdoor bathrooms. After I waited a very long time for an employee to appear behind a very dirty and practically opaque window, a very loud, angry, and difficult to understand employee yelled and gesticulated violently at me to leave, yelling at me that I should use the bathroom at home. When I tried to clarify, he ran around outside the window yelling and shaking his fist at me to leave."

"Guy behind the counter is rude and wouldn’t give me change - that I was going to pay for HIS air. Yelled at another person too."

"This is very horrible place to stop , the worker name fusum, old black man wearing glasses if you see him just be careful, he have lots of anger problems he don’t care or respect customers , try to pick fight with customers talking very rude and unprofessional and also he say nobody is above him , he can do anything he want, shell corporate can’t do nothing on him and also he don’t care customer complaint to shell. Lots of anger issues with this man if there is no camera in the store I don’t know what will happen so be careful if you stop there."

"The vacuum ate my money and the attendant was extremely rude, almost to the point of yelling, when I informed him. I was perfectly calm and polite about things, but he kept raising his voice at me. This station needs a new attendant and if the vacuum is out of order and eating peoples’ money, at the very least put a sign on it."
