"Wait here last night to get some candy and energy drinks The guy working that night tried to overcharge us $20 and then when we ask for the receipt he hasitated I went back to check the prices and then he pulled out money and said oh yeah yeah more money. You guys are cheap. So not only did he try stealing $20 from us but then insulted us after All I can say is if you ever come here or your kids come here after school make sure they get a receipt and make sure they're not getting ripped off this guy should be fired for stealing makes me wonder if he's trying to steal from customers. Is he stealing from the business too might want to check your staff"
"So I have came here twice in the morning different occasions because it’s convenient for me in the morning too go to work. So this morning same guy was behind the register and had a towel wrapped around the door so u can’t open it. His phone u can hear a baby screaming in the background from outside I asked I said r u closed he said yes but the website says 24 hours so can someone please figure this out between 1am-2am he try’s to act like it is closed with a towel wrapped around the door handles. If it’s not 24 hours PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE THATS NOT FAIR TOO THE PUBLIC."
"I come here in the early morning sometimes because it's close to home. The man behind the counter is an absolute creep and thief. He has called me beautiful and just creeps me out. This morning I paid cash and was supposed to get 0.79 cents back but he just closed the drawer and started laughing very sinister like. I just left without my change because I was now the only person in there. Being a woman, I never want to be alone with any strange man but that man in particular genuinely scared me. I could care less about my change at that point. I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Also, my husband has had his card info stolen from this location. Stole $300 from him. Don't use cards here."
"I frequent this 711 nearly every single day. At night there has been a different guy than usual working. I purchased my usual items then went to leave the store. The man chased me out of the store coming up to my car saying I had not paid. I went in to the store and paid again when I went back to my car I pulled up my bank account and I had in fact been charged twice. When I went in the cashier just wanted to argue and yell at me saying I was wrong. I showed him my bank account he would not help. So I went to leave again. He stormed up to my car again shoving cash through my cracked window because he knew he was wrong. Today I am looking at my accounts and I now have THREE charges for the original amount. He refused to give me any manager or owners info. I'm now out $60 because of this guy."
"DO NOT use your credit card here. The cashier who always has airpods in is an absolute thief. After paying for my items he followed me to my car to tell me he needed to run my debit card again. I didn't think much of it and went back inside to do so. After paying (again) I checked my bank statement and realized I was charged twice (the second of which i was overcharged making it a different amount than the transaction that took place a minute before). When I calmly showed him my bank statement clearly showing what had happened, he told me the differing amounts meant it couldn't have been from the same items and accused me of lying in attempt to get a refund (he never got off of the phone this entire time). He then told me to come back in 80 minutes when his manager was there so i could be refunded. After going home and driving back later, still no manager and still no refund ($38 extra charged). Upon inspecting the receipt, it showed $38 worth of random grocery items scanned and taken off before my (second) transaction started with any of my own items. I believe this guy intentionally charged my card again to cover the expenses of his own personal items. When I asked him about this, he shouted profanity at me until I walked out to call both my bank and the police. I'm a 27 year old blue collar worker and this is my first time ever leaving a review for a business. I will never go back there and hope whoever reads this does not give this employee the chance to run your card."
