7-Eleven

"Zero stars is the actual rating. My 9 yr old son and I were at a baseball field hours that had no bathrooms this evening. We walked inside around 7:25pm to find the bathrooms are locked. We are barely hanging on at this point needing to go to the bathroom so bad. We patiently wait for the cashier to finish checking out a customer and then asked to go to the bathroom. We were asked by the unhygienic morbidly obese cashier if we were buying anything. I said, we just came from the ball field and really have to go....and he refused stating we needed to purchsde something. Who in the heck refuses a 9 year old to use the bathroom?will never go back here to spend my money."

"According to Colorado law if a person is appears to be under 50 they can require identification. Even though I'm well, over 60 I have no problem providing identification however I refuse to hand my drivers license to a convience store employee too lazy to look at the date when presented. They said I was rude and refused to sell me cigarettes. Overall I have found most 7-ll employees to be disrespectful and wanting to customers to be subservient to thier authority."

"If there was an option for zero stars id give it out in a heartbeat. I went to buy some food a few weeks ago I saw management berating staff behind the counter yikes that's very unprofessional. I feel bad for the staff especially the dude with the tattoos trying to keep his composure to serve me. I went in recently and there was no one to be found so I promptly left and was very dissatisfied this is the worst 7-11 I have ever been to. 0/5 stars for you."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I will be going out of my way for all gas and convenience store needs from here on out to not only avoid this location but the company entirely for opening a new location with such poor execution. For being a brand new location this place is a joke. They don’t seem to have anyone in charge because everyone has terrible or no customer service. The store is constantly dirty as well as out of basic inventory every time I go in. The employees are inconsiderate, rude and in need of some training to run a simple business. The Laredo Taco isn’t any better. They too were out of almost everything, the food had been sitting out for what seemed to be all day, was gross to eat and cost about $50. At the end of the day it’s a gas station but if you need anything besides gas, I’d go somewhere else to avoid this headache."

"Nice location. I was disappointed that the 64th & Ward location was closed abruptly. Clean store and well organized. Seems to have a nice selection of jerky & deserts among other things. Haven't tried the tacos yet, but you can smell it as soon as you walk in. Have been in several times for either ATM use or purchases. Unfortunately, today an employee went off (verbally & nonviolent) at me as politely as a disgruntled vehicle owner could; claiming I drove past his parked car too close. Now, I'm no driving wizard and certainly no expert. But if you park your car in the spot directly next to where the entrance lines up with, cars will drive through."
