"What a joke. Called 15x between 9am and 11am all you get is an annoying message rings a few times then a busy signal. I needed to talk to somebody today and couldn't get ahold of them. Couldn't go in yesterday when I was free because they take the stupidest holidays yet hey they worked enough to label the package I was trying to intercept as undeliverable and return it. I don't know what it is about USPS but at this point I don't know why anybody would still use them. Would give this useless location a 0 star if I could."

"I went in today because the door was open, I walked in and politely said hello. The man answered hello back. Now he has his son in the mail room with him and the mailroom fully open with people in the lobby. I asked him why it was taking so long for my mailbox lock to be changed, he stated the man will try this week to change them. I asked how I could file a complaint, he told me the complaint would be me leaving because he’s closed. If he was closed then he should have never left the doors be unlocked. He would not give his name, but he is slightly chubby with spiked up salt and pepper hair, wearing glasses. In this small city you would think there would better kindness and better protocol if you’re in fact CLOSED. You have people’s mail at hands reach to me taken…"

"Worst experience of my life. First mice everywhere and I had to avoid stepping on roaches. The customer service was even worst the employees breathe stank and also slammed the door in my face after I expressed wanting to file a complaint"

"The Montrose United States Postal Office is excellent. The staff keeps the line moving. They get to know you on a personal level. They are interested in helping you get the right postal product for your needs. Montrose is my favorite USPS office!"

"It is 8:10 and I had thought that Federal Agencies were supposed to uphold a standard and set an example. Timliness is out the window here. It's unfortunate."
