"I received notification that my package was undeliverable due to no recipient available at the time of delivery. NOT CORRECT. The service post person DID NOT COME BY THE ADDRESS....DID NOT LEAVE A NOTICE OF attempt. CALLED THE PO this morning and after 30 mins on hold was instructed the package will be delivered today. I asked if it was common practice to LIE about the delivery attempt and was instructed...the package will be delivered today. No explanation as to why the attempt was falsely made! Poor service Poor customer service......I have to give it 1 star because there is nothing less."
"I don't know what the delivery persons problem is but I've recently had a major issue with them slamming packages down so hard that I can hear it from up an entire flight of stairs while sitting in my living room. I get important packages for my second job that I have to review for extra income. In the last 6 weeks I've had 3 packages thrown so hard that it damaged the actual product itself. Also one of the ladies that works the post office counter is rude! I called repeatedly trying to get ahold of the post office and when I show up there's not a soul in there being helped. Just a snotty rude employee, irritated I was there making her work. Y'all get paid better than I do and I don't treat my customers/clients like that!"
"I was just in applying for a passport and Adina was so nice and helpful, calling me forward at the exact moment of my appointment time and walking me competently through the steps. I was a little nervous at first but she put me at ease with her friendly manner. It was a good experience."
"Worst Post Office Ever, Rude Workers, Lobby Hours seem to be open only when they feel like it. Tried to get a money order, the guy was obviously new and learning, the normal grumpy lady was rude and impatient with him and just chalked it up to me "not having enough funds" called my card services and was literally just they don't take specific card types, literally all she had to say. Haven't seen the new guy since, don't blame him. Think i need to get a PO Box somewhere else, had it for few years now and still get the same wrong peoples mail continuously put in, I put it in their receiving mail it ends up right back in my box, take it to the desk i get exasperation and rudely told there's boxes outside the office for former box holders and unknown wrong addresses, put them in there . still getting their mail."
"I try to avoid package delivery through them at all costs, worked there for 9 years, some of the most horrible people I have ever been around in my life. Some of the city carriers literally show up to work drunk, no disciplinary action taken. They cheat on their spouses with each other and the guy delivering mail downtown will fake injuries just to get workers comp. They never answer the phone for employees or customers, a lot of people say it's a management problem, but that's only partly the issue, noone wants to work around these people, four carriers quit before I did due to the toxic environment. That's the real reason they can't find help."
