"The products are fine -- a range of lotions, soaps, and sprays. I purchased some at an outdoor market in Telluride, but later overheard the shop owner bad-mouthing her customers to another vendor. She was saying truly horrible things about different people who had bought things from her, even referring to one as "that stupid girl from Denver." Not a good look."
