Reviews
"I completely agree with the review previous to mine. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. I ended up picking up my shipment myself at the Durango location."
"I’m actually astonished how poorly this company is run… it’s sad because you are at the mercy of misinformation, and no communication, sitting in limbo where your freight is located. Over the past 3 weeks I’ve spend many hours on hold “waiting” for a customer service rep answer my call. Still as I write this, I’m on hold once again and yet to speak to anyone. Thanks to the transport company (Averitt) that delivered my freight to Cross County/ RAC, I have gotten a couple questions answered. Such as “…they told me it will take 6 days to travel the 3.5 hrs where you are located, then another 4 days to the delivery station (20 minutes from their hub)”. I owned a transport company myself for many years. The lack of customer service with this company is astonishing. Next stop will be the Better Business Bureau. Current wait time this morning: 34 min. Total wait time 3+ hrs"
